Show Stoppers will provide floor plans, conceptual ideas, installation, vendor recommendations and supervision. Services are available in Sedona or Scottsdale. Out-of-state projects are subject to scheduling and season.
Wedding Questionnaire
Congratulations on your engagement! We look forward to hearing the details and vision for your wedding. After you have submitted your information, we will review it and send you various price lists and booking procedures. The price lists are extremely helpful guidelines in determining choices that will fall comfortably within your budget. We provide service to all size weddings and will be happy to guide you to the most cost-effective choices.
When you are ready to move forward with contracting Show Stoppers, our booking procedures can be discussed if you have any questions. Or, you may choose to immediately book your date with a deposit in order to safely guarantee your reservation while it is still available.
Our floral pricing “suggests” the minimum we believe should be spent for an effective presentation. However, it’s all about your choices and you always control the budget. Show Stoppers prices are very competitive and considered the most reasonable in Sedona with wedding packages starting at less that 100.00. Show Stoppers is known for our generous use of product. Our work is never skimpy or too small. We do not use old-fashioned flower shop product, filler foliages or dated designs.
Remember, anyone can easily call at any time, from anywhere and simply reserve a date with a credit card. Show Stoppers will be happy to discuss general pricing during complementary phone consultations, e-mail correspondence, or informal visits to our show room. More specific ideas, detailed planning and formal written proposals are given during scheduled appointments after a date has been reserved with a minimal deposit. This assures that time is not wasted in the event someone else reserves the date while you are still in the planning process or discussions with Show Stoppers. All proposals are drafted within the given budget and may be changed until about 10 days before the wedding. While deposits are in most cases non-refundable, all deposits are applied to the balance.

FINE PRINT: Most weddings may be planned by phone or e-mail. We will be happy to answer questions and offer general ideas. Weekend personal appointments are subject to our schedule. Scottsdale appointments are generally taken during the week at the designated venue. Out-of-state appointments are taken by special arrangement. After placing the deposit and reserving your date, the first meeting is to introduce ourselves and formally begin planning the wedding. After the deposit is paid, a detailed proposal falling within your budgetary requirements will be drafted for your approval.
