The Show Stoppers team had such a great time ( as always ) designing this beautiful photo shoot at L’Auberge de Sedona for Teri Ambrose, publisher of Arizona’s Finest Wedding Sites and Services magazine. We previously posted the feature as it appears in the current issue. This was actually the first time we had worked with Brooke Photography. We were so impressed that we wanted to treat you to some unpublished images that we just love. We had a superb team all around and can’t wait until the next shoot. Thanks to Teri Ambrose and all the wonderful vendors that made this shoot possible.
Ken created an exquisite bouquet in shades of purple, a color trend that we have seen all year. Typical of his style, the bouquet was full of color and an abundance of textural elements. Patricia Vega of Le Petit Spa de Sedona provided hair and make-up services.
Elements in this extraordinarily beautiful bouquet included, several varieties of roses, pepper berries, sedum, scabiosa, dianthus, grape hyacinth and eucalyptus pods.
The gorgeous “Sedona red ” cake was designed by Andrea Carusetta of Sedona Cake Couture. Andrea’s cakes are the most sought after in Sedona, and are as delicious as they are beautiful.
Here is a detail shot of the lovely sugar flowers that we see so often on Andrea’s cakes.
This wonderfully detailed ring bearer box is perfect for little boys who don’t want to carry a fussy pillow. These can be designed in a number of ways.
Show Stoppers has many props for rent such as this vintage shutter that works perfectly to hold seat assignment cards.
To achieve the rustic feel of L’Auberge yet maintain casual elegance, we used burlap linens, colorful hand-painted china, and tableware from Classic Party Rentals.
The base of the centerpiece was wrapped with Pheasant pelts to get that hunting lodge effect. We found the perfect ribbon to tie the pelts to the vase. They match so perfectly that you can barely see the ribbon.
We loved the colorful detail on the china. The plumb, sage green and purple colored floral pattern worked wonderfully with our design.
The Event Essentials provided the elegant invitations and paper details…
…. including these innovative boxes that were used at every place setting.
This small cocktail table design is actually one of our favorites.
We designed the wishing well with an abundance of spilling flowers. The pale was turned on its side so the rose petals seem to spill down the side of the embankment. Be sure to pick up your copy of Arizona’s Finest Wedding Sites and Services magazine today and see this and other fine features.
