Sedona Corporate Events / Native American Village Set
Our spectacular Native American themes are among the most popular of all our events. The experience of being in an Indian camp surrounded by incredible red canyons is stunning. Native American chants, music, dancing and drums really do take you there. The smell and glow of the campfires and fabulous food make the experience unsurpassed. It becomes clear why Hollywood chose Sedona as the location for so many of the great westerns of the 40’s and 50’s. Our beautiful tepees were designed by the same artists that provided tepees for the movie “Dances with Wolves.” The photos in our gallery were taken on location at Enchantment Resort by Cameron + Kelly Studios.
The setting at Enchantment Resort cannot be matched and is perfect for Native American themed events.
Our Native American Village can be set up in any configuration. The set can be adjusted to accommodate any event size. Here you see the village entrance with authentic tepees and overhead lighting that surround the dining area that has been set with tables and chairs for 150 guests.
Details on the village entrance include hand-painted Buffalo skulls and elk-antlers. At night, the details are lit with exciting colors.
Our centerpieces sit on colorful Native American runners. They are loosely designed in gathering baskets incorporating indigenous elements such as gourds, thistles, cactus skeletons, pods, indian corn, antlers and cedar branches.
This set up was for a fun afternoon corporate picnic. Guests sat on rugs with Native American patterns. Tables, chairs and linens are mostly used for evening dinners and are surrounded by tepees and village displays.
Our shaman screens are designed and hand-panted on buckskin by Show Stoppers’ in-house artists. Horse hair, tin jingles, genuine turquoise nuggets, conchos and feathers decorate the display. Numerous props are available as shown in the following images by Show Stoppers’ staff.
Numerous rug displays with traditional Native American patterns surround the perimeter of the village and define its borders.
Assorted props, such as this authentic giant Kachina doll, are used to decorate key areas, such as buffet tables.
Show Stoppers designs and hand-paints all our themed backdrops. This fun prop is inspired by the old side-show banners typically found on the midways at State fairs, circuses and wild west shows.
Show Stoppers can arrange exciting entertainment, such as this talented Native American dancing troop. Please contact Show Stoppers for pricing information, date availability and many more decor options.
