SEDONA’S NEWEST CEREMONY SITE IS WOWING SEDONA BRIDES
We found this gorgeous post on Sedona Weddings Studio’s website and thought it would make a wonderful addition to our featured Sedona weddings. We hope you enjoy this feature as much as we have.
From Sedona Wedding Studio post / September 2, 2011
The Sedona Wedding Studio is very excited to introduce Sedona’s newest wedding ceremony site at The Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa. The fabulous and much anticipated addition was christened, “The Alhambra Courtyard” and opened with a splashy grand opening soiree produced entirely by Sedona Wedding Studio members. The Sedona Rouge is one of the Sedona Wedding Studio’s major venues.
The beautiful Alhambra Courtyard has it all… a luxurious green lawn, red rock views, privacy, a beautiful red-rock aisle and lovely tile details. The garden will accommodate up to 100 guests. We hope you enjoy these wonderful images of this exceptional property by Sedona Bride Photography.
The views from the Alhambra Courtyard are spectacular. In the background is famous Thunder Mountain. Tables can be set up in the rear of the garden for cocktails or small wedding receptions. Sedona Wedding Studio member, Classic Party Rentals can help with everything needed for a perfect wedding. SWS member, Bobby Russell, Sedona Sounds, provides every kind of music imaginable for ceremonies and receptions. Bobby is Sedona’s most popular and referred DJ.
The actual ceremony site at opposite end of the garden can be designed any number of ways. Events By Show Stoppers designed these glorious floral displays and set them on a exquisite sideboard that serves as an alter table for the ceremony. Glass beakers with column candles were used with a lovely embroidered runner. Under the table was an antique, Tunisian wrought iron panel that works perfectly with numerous Tunisian panels seen throughout the property. We love how the dark blue hybrid delphinium picks up the cobalt blue tile behind the designs.
All these items and many more fun table-top accessories and props are available for purchase and for rent at The Sedona Wedding Studio. Stop by and see why the Sedona Wedding Studio show room has become the standard for brides having their weddings in Sedona. The SWS is a must stop to find all the correct venues and vendors.
It is no wonder why this ceremony site is becoming one of the most popular in Sedona!
Sedona Wedding Studio member, Patricia Vega, creates a stylish hairstyle and makeup for the lovely bride while Sedona Rouge staff member, Rachael Daniel, helps the groom with his boutonniere.
The lovely Shanandoah, Sterling Weddings of Sedona, performed a touching ceremony and pronounced the couple, ” Man and Wife.” Shanandoah is one of Sedona Wedding Studio’s wonderful ministers and always creates a heartfelt, romantic ceremony.
Congratulations to another excited couple stepping out into the world as husband and wife!
The Alhambra Courtyard is perfect for cake cuttings and intimate receptions immediately following the ceremony. Sedona’s most celebrated cake artist and Sedona Wedding Studio member, Andrea Carusetta of Sedona Cake Couture, provided the fabulous cake.
The Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa has so many wonderful options for cocktail receptions, formal receptions and rehearsal dinners. Romantic setting for photo ops are everywhere on the property. This fountain, surrounded with hand-made Moroccan tile, is in the beautiful atrium and provides a cool oasis on warmer days. Sedona’s hottest bar, Reds, is just steps away. The popular bar is the place to see and be seen, eat great food, hang, enjoy live music and have a blast with friends. Yes, Sedona does have night-life.
Our couple enjoys a quite moment just after the ceremony. We love the antique Tunisian wrought iron panels that are seen again in this lovely vignette.
Sedona Bride Photography never ceases to amaze us with their ever-so-artistic point of view. We absolutely love this image and the play of light and dark as it breaks up the image and makes a stunning composition that frames the couple so beautifully.
The images just keep on getting better and better. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the shadows. What artists Andrew and Katrina are!
The Column Garden is another great setting at The Rouge. These fabulous columns provide wonderful decor for ceremonies and make great props for photo shoots.
The Roof Top Terrace is one of the only venues of its kind in Sedona. It’s private and has wonderful views as well as an inviting fire pit. Many brides have their reception dinners or cocktail receptions on the Sedona Rouge roof. The Rouge has so many cool choices.
The views on the Roof Top Terrace are just great. Notice the tile details on the fire pit. Gorgeous Moroccan tile details are found everywhere on the property and work so well with the southwestern feel of the region.
One last romantic moment with the famous Coffee Pot Rock in the background… then its off to the honeymoon!
A perfect couple, a perfect wedding, a perfect day, a perfect sunset at a perfect venue… The Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa.
